Wolf Run

Weather: nice; overcast

Comments:
Ran with Matt Davis. Ran fairly easy, but the hills out at BFEC North and wolf run park always add a lot of resistance. Came back about 2.5 miles on the hwy 308, and were doing about 6:40 pace for that time. Finished on the fields. Felt pretty good even though I had no breakfast before and woke up 20 minutes before I started the run. Feel kind of beat-up now from the 20 minutes on pavement.

Week's goals:
(1) Hammer the A1s on Wednesday
(2) Bump mileage up slightly to 87 for this week only. Down to 75 next week.
(3) Hammer the A3s on Friday
(4) Do a solid 8k tempo run before the 200s on Monday. Really try to open-up on the 200s.
(5) long run of 17-18 miles, finishing fast
(6) fast strides on the track, three times (tues, thurs, saturday)
(7) 3x20 minutes of swimming
(8) get sleep and take vitamins
