Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did wimpout to see if the knee was allright. It is manageable, I think the tendonitis will be kept in check by stretching beforehand, icing, stretching afterwards, aleve etc. I think the tightness in my left leg contributes to the problems. Watching the guys race this weekend was really frustrating (even though the did well), I feel like I could have run around 26:30 on that course. 6 strides barefoot afterwards on the turf and it felt nice.
