Comments:
WARM UP 1.5 miles
then speedwork
1000 meter
800 meter
600 meter
400 meter
200 meter (at 7:00 min pace or faster, getting progressively faster)
200 meter walk in between each
then half mile jog
1 mile at half goal pace (8:00 min) went a little faster
then half mile cool down
felt great but windy
now i'm exhausted!! :)
