78, 82, 80, 79, 77, 83, 80, 78
outlook was grim after the fifth repeat, and i mean grim. probably didn't help that i ran it three seconds fast. but the sixth left me with a sense of relief, and the final two came and went easily.
good to be running hard in tiny circles again.
