phew. quads still reeling from monday's thrashing at the beginning of this one. i decided to give em the business anyway.
from josh's to the old apartment on jollyville. i remembered these hills being pretty tough. my memory served me right; haven't put this kind of strain on my lungs and legs in months.
thoughts: runs like this have made me the runner i am.
