Comments:
had a meeting with coach today ....i will be doing 25 mile weeks as of now, I found out mid day so I hadnt been hydrating that well, felt sort of dehydrated but we were not going fast so it didnt matter much....my legs were sore from flaming phil giving me the wrong directions last night and I had to run around in flip flops, otherwise it was a decent run....did pushups, rolled, good stretch afterwards
