I felt like CRAP during this workout, ughhhh.
Let me just tell you, 300 meters up a hill sucks. It really does. I love the 150 meter workout but the 300 just killed me, absolutely. Getting back down after each one just sucked too. My legs gave out after the 3rd one and i was like carried down the hill, hah. I'm just glad I got through it. The whole girls team was really suffering today.
