gettin shit done

Weather: settin sun, humid

Comments:
pretty tired before the run so i put on my ipod for motivation. ran the first mile pretty fast so i made the split second decision to turn it into a fartlek. ran random lengths on and off. tried to keep my offs at a decent pace. after a while i would just be on during the chorus of the songs i was listening to. hip did well today, lower back was tight, hamstrings are sore. dry hurled after i was done. Hell Yeah!
