Comments:
midday at town lake. pretty stupid idea.

plain ole overheated at 7.5, despite regular water stops to drink and douse myself with cold water. stopped the forerunner and walked for a half mile to the next water stop. started back up there and managed to finish alright (distance and time don't include walk break). no more daytime runs this summer please.
