Comments:
Did an ok practice today, getting ready for the meet tomorrow. 4x400 and 4x200. I started with 2-3 strides in my mutumbos on the football field, stretched a bit, then did a warmup jog. I did the 400s on the football field at moderate pace, which felt like a little slower than 1:20 a lap. Then the 200s were fine with 37-40 sec pace.
