4 bluff hills, 85% up, 75% down

harder workout than i thought it was gonna be. starting to get used to the triple bluff warm up, but still semi-dead legs after it. started the fartlek in the north meadow and looped it around the course to the south meadow and made it back to the service road for the bluff hills. legs were absolutely dead going up the steep road, especially my hip flexors. thankfully made it through the workout, one of the hardest of the year i'd say.
