Easy/Hard day before the race? :/

Welllllll, note to self: aqua should be my new best friend.
I thought I was going to try to get 3 miles under 30. Not very smart before the race, but it is what it is.
-1st mile: I felt great!
-2nd mile: I realized I didn't stretch my hip. It hurt so badly -_-
-3rd mile: hip, head hurting, and I felt like I was going to throw up. :( but I have to get faster. I want to accomplish my own goals. I got: 29:37. 10 seconds better than Sunday, my mom measured it with her car; it's 3 miles. 3 times around. -_- just gotta get the negative out of my mind.
