Comments:
Warmed up for 2 miles then did the 8k course at A1 pace on my own (in 29:35). Gave it a moderately hard effort, staying comfortable. Ran 2 miles easy with the team then did 3 sets of 8x200m on fast bowl w/ 30sec rest between (first set at A1, second at A2, third at A3). Picked up pace throughout, averaged 36.5 on them all. Two mile cool down. Felt thoroughly cooked afterwards and still feel zonked. Am just now (2 hours later) getting over the deep bad feeling after doing a hard workout.
