Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
5 mile warm up.
First set was 38, second set was 35, third set was 31. Felt easy on the first set, second set was smooth but harder, and the third set was smooth on the first half but I tightened up on the last half. Not enough speed for this workout I think. Foot hurt a bit after all that fast running.
3 mile cool down.
