warm up to mountain lakes
easy pace to greenway
4 x 1 min up hill
8 30 sec up hill
easy pace back to mountain lakes (hardest part = transition between hills and easy pace)
cooldown to school
had to leave early for doctors (gardisil shot) so i got through the first round ofhills. hated mising the first quality day but glad that i got in as much as i did.
