Weather: 80, light rain

Comments:
10 min warmup, then 4 1200ish meter loops with honest 4 minute recovery in between. then 10 min cooldown. ran 5:42, 5:43, 5:38, 5:43.
twisted my left ankle several times (uneven footing, slippery grass, etc)...iced tonight so i hope it'll feel alright tomorrow.
Nice speed in my legs; really able to use the downhills and drive uphill. I was pleased until the last loop, when my teammates pulled away and I didn't catch them. I tried, but lacked that "oomph" that you need, that spark, that do-or-die on-your-toes sprint. Maybe I was just tired...or maybe I need to dig deeper. Next time...
