Comments:
Ran 6 or so with the east team. another mile and a half by myself and then ran with garrett. We ran to the circuit that I did 6 times. A little over 3.5 miles and I was around 6:15 pace-pretty hilly and not until mile 9 of the my run. Trying to get 60 on 6 days this week.
