Comments:
Workout today was me Coles, Destefano, Laratta, Del Mon, Topita, Reilly, Finn, Mahoney, Day Had to do the perimeter and just ran til 3:10 and than 2:15 rest Never fully made it to the 1k mark. Did six on the third went up flagpole and back around and last one went into triangle. Felt we were going to fast for most of them but still felt comfortable.
