Weather: 70, muggy
Comments:
2 mile warmup, 3x8x200 at A1/A2/A3. 30 seconds between 200's, 3 minutes between sets. Did a good job of jogging during recovery. Knee was a little sore today but better than yesterday and way better than last week. Workout was fine, ran with Riley, Rob, and Pat. I felt like I didn't have any wheels though, I guess you'll get that in the middle of cross. First set was 38's, second set was 35's, last set was 33, 32, 32, 32, 32, 32, 31, 30. Hopefully I can do that without stopping this spring. My left quad was really tight after the workout, I am assuming because this was a faster workout.
