Weather: windy, but beautiful
Comments:
New best workout ever! Originally I only wanted 12 minutes start to start but we ended up doing 15 anyways. First one was effortless in the legs, but still was breathing kinda hard. Each one got easier mechanically, but did hurt a bit more. Kell said I looked like I was running so easily. Spikes for last 3. Last one was booking, felt like I could sprint that finish forever.

Disappointing I didn't break 5 on that last one.
Didn't actually cooldown in spikes but just for milage sake.
