Whata hard workout! I absolutely loved it! I hadnt eaten all day though, so I felt sooo weak! But i just kept telling myself "What doesnt kill you, makes you stronger"It defiently helped. I pushed myself through this pratice, and Im mentally preparing myself for this race already. I WILL do good, I will. I WILL get to my goals, I will. I WILL be strong, I will. I WILL fight through it, I will.
