Felt pretty good on the first two! Then the 3rd one I didn't feel so great, but I expected that. 50 50's really aren't that bad I don't think because it makes the mile go by so much faster! I liked this work out pretty well. Just pretty pooped! BUT I AM SOOOOOOOO STINKIN EXCITED FOR TOMORROW AT BAR DE NAY! IT IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO RUN!!!!!!!!
