it was short. blister got worse. blister is on ball of foot at big toe. i'm not going to be able to stop it from hurting, so i'm ignoring it for now. went with fast group until i felt my foot skin wasn't really attached any more, then slowed down. was supposed to be steady, but i changed paces a lot
