Comments:
"Hills" on Billyburg Bridge. 8x83" (~400m). Felt strong, pushed really hard on final 2. Could have pushed harder and been really tired, but good effort for where I'm at. Rest ~2:15. Encouraged by workout, though felt abs halfway through- wasn't limiting, but was aware of it.
