Comments:
1045 calories at 30% fat burn.
Mile repeat over bridge and back - 2:00 & :30. Mile down Riverside Drive and back (1:00 & 1:00). The rest of the group ran it straight through. Another attempt over the bridge. The rest of the group ran the full mile. I stopped at the end of the bridge and walked back up the final incline. Ran from the top back down again.
Duration is estimated becasue I forgot to shut off the watch when the run ended.
