Weather: A little too warm for September. Shirts were off.

Comments:
Yay I finally did a workout. 5 minutes at 3k pace at bowl park. In between, 2 minute rest intervals. My shins weren't too bad because I have been taking ibuprofen for p.e. just in case I have to run. It was hard but I did it. Cooldown with Julia. *Time and exercise
