Weather: a little cloudy, very humid, warm
Comments:
2 mi warm up, drills, 2 mi race
not a good race... after the meet that weekend I got sick...maybe that had something to do with it.
On the cool down I sprained my ankle. Out for the rest of the week, so I swam every day
