Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Warm, but cooling down
Comments:
Ran with Kaleb. Kaleb was very nice and ran slowly with me without pushing the pace at all! Ran about 4.25 miles and then ran 1 mile at a little faster pace (~7:15) and then 1/2 mile at an easy pace. Very nice run, was able to talk pretty much the entire time! Thanks Kaleb! When I got back home, I jogged around Baycourt Trail to get the run up to 6.0 miles. I am feeling in much better shape by the week. It is very much fun to see improvement so quickly (although the ultimate goal is to improve the mile time at the moment, don't know if I am doing that... we will see).
