Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Paced a group of JV boys/Varsity Girls through 6x800 w/ 200m recovery. Did an all out 200m at the end in 30 seconds. Pace was reasonable for me (7-minute mile) though I did sprint at least once a lap for 50-100m to catch up to the leaders and give them their times. Felt sore the next day. Good run.
