Well I was nervous for today's workout because all day at school I just felt like absolute crap. I could barely keep my eyes open in class, I got dizzy every time I stood up, I have a cold and I was physically tired besides being sleepy tired. And I was like ugh practice will suck today.

But once I got going, even though I felt super awful I decided I was just so tired of crummy workout after crummy workout. So I was like "You know what Ashley? Just suck it up and do it."

So on the tempo run I picked up the pace on the way back and almost caught up to the girls at the end. And on the last 3 600's I almost kept up with the girls and on the last one I actually did, it felt good to finally be up there.
