Comments:
since Friday my stomach has been really bad. i've been careful about what i'm eating... but obviously not careful enough. return of cramps/heartburn/bloating/etc. ... blah!
i seriously was dreading the workout bc of that stuff. i really didn't feel good the whole time - felt limited range of motion because my stomach was so tight. but, mentally i am SO DETERMINED to race better, so practices have been a lot more positive for me. i really wasn't pushing too hard either. had i felt better i should have done the last set at 38-39. there's always next time!
PS - goal for this week: 50 miles (at least, 53 would be awesome). weight train 3 times, and TAKE CARE OF MYSELF (avoid kenyon krud)
