Well I was pretty stoked about getting runner of the week. Getting it is just another motivator to get even faster. I've been trying really hard to put in extra effort to be the best that I can be. Been doing lots of push-ups, sit-ups and wall sits lately just to get that tiny bit of improvement that'll all count in the long run. (No pun intended, but oh well...:)

Felt good and fast during the work-out and been trying to look more crips and juicy. Also trying to stay more relaxed. Since it seems Rusty has been telling me to relax a lot lately. Everything went good and I felt great after the work-out. Got some cookies for going to the Saturday practice (Thanks Bryce!) and did about 5 minutes of beasty planks. Then went home and put too much hot-sauce on my taco.
