15 sec at all out pace, 45 seconds at moderate pace. times 10. then 2 mins rest. then did it again at an increased resistance. felt like an easy-ish workout, but a workout nonetheless.
sore in shin area of r leg/ankle as happened during other rehab, so that doesn't worry me too much, just stretched it out a bit. not pain around tendon during workout, but a little sore after, while walking. glad to get some sort of work in.
