15 minute cooldown
did GREAT on the 1000s! even though the times slowed down, the gap wasn't big between me and the front pack, AND I was right with Kelley and Katie on the last one-beating Tory and Lauren and Brigid each time! GREAT confidence booster
cooldown was almost worst part--HORRIBLE stomach cramps--probably heat exhaustion
