spencer crest duel meet against EFA

Weather: sunny and warm, nice

Comments:
Last night i had the same pasta meal i have been having for the other meets, and i did some pushups before i went to bed. then after 8 hours of sleep, i got up and had a bowl of cereal, went to church with my parents, then wegmans and got 3 muffins, a bagel, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. i ate the sandwich and i little of a muffin. throughout the day, i ate the bagel. in gym i finished one of my muffins and also did a bunch of pushups and crunches and played flag football. then i had another muffin and clif bar for lunch. we went to spencer crest and i had another muffin an hour and a half before the race. then we warmed up (still pretty sore) and stretched and did speed d. we then started, and my goal was to beat shaun or get under 14:06 (15:06 was last year) i started out really fast because austin and i were supposed to lead, but i couldnt hold on, and ryan had already taken the lead by the mile anyway. i fell back and shaun and noah passed me. then i gained on noah and we went together for the rest of the race. we passed austin who wasnt feeling good, and noah got ahead, but i passed him back before the end. the order was ryan tim zack shaun me noah austin. i felt pretty good today but i still have not had a mentally strong race. but now im confident i can break 17 because if i can get a minute pr in a 2.5 mile race, i can do it in a 5k. then i cooled down with shaun and corning guys. then i went home, took an ice bath, and then did 50 pushups and 100 crunches, and im gonna do more later
