Comments:
RHR: 64 Grr, still high... :'(
But felt good for the tempo, was able to hang on to the group for the first two miles, then I got a cramp and by the time it was gone I just couldn't catch up. Still, I averaged a better time than my two races so far, which hopefully indicates something good for Saturday!
