Comments:
Todays was a workout at Belmont. We started off with a tempo base starting at the start line than doing triangle and going up flagpole and down around back. was supposed to go around 9:00 but ended up going 8:37 than did 5 by 70secs (400s) starting at trailer than around finish around the tree along the line than start line and to the second tree and back than same start and up flagpole and keep running than down the hill than fifth was the same as second and did that 3 times a minute between each 70sec and 2:30 btw each set. Very tough workout still sore from saturdays race
