Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Had to sprint down to the fields after getting out of lab late. Was able to get there in time for the start of the workout, but I was a little tired going in from sprinting down the hill. I am also tired from all the work I have had this week. Pushed it on the first two pieces and kind of fell apart from there. However, I stuck with it, and sometimes sticking with it when you are really hurting is an important thing to teach yourself to prepare for races. 2x200m fly at the end.
