'Hump'Belt Day

Weather: 92/ sunny/warm

Comments:
We did an out & back via greenbelt west.
Most everyone went 20 minutes out and back
I went with syd out 25. Pretty good pace
for 1/2-2/3 of the run. The girls are bouncing
back from being sick. Should be 90-95%
for Memphis..we must keep ramping up our
training with more speed/intensity and volume
also. We r heading in the right direction.
Focus still needs improving and connfidences
need to rise. A good race this weekend will
help everyone
