horseshoe

Comments:
ran by myself for the first time in a while. it was actually a nice change. i ran up through north park, down into the trails a little bit, it reminded me of home. i then ran up around horseshoe lake park and back south park, but turned left before the nature center. went through stearns trail (the one by the nature center with the goose on the sign) because i've always wanted to go over there. there are some winding boardwalks, and on one of them, which took an abrupt right turn, my feet slipped out from under me and i fell flat on my side. as a result my wrist hurts. i felt good running back down along horseshoe lake to shaker lake and back to north park.

ran five barefoot striders on the muddy grass outside veale. i think i'm going to ice bath and do core later today. maybe after math class.
