2 Minute Warnings

Comments:
we ran down new hartford and got onto the greenbelt from there. We did our 2 minute warnings 50 seconds hard 50 easy 40 hard 40 easy and the 30 hard 30 easy, we did that 3 times. I felt pretty good during the up tempo, but my legs have been feeling absolutely awful the past couple of days, they feel so heavy and feel like they just want to collapse underneath me. On the way back to school i almost had to stop i could hardly lift my legs up. I hope this doesn't happen in the race.
