this workout was a joke. my first one was 1:26 so i had to slow it down to hit my paces. i saw jon, tj, jordan, and zach in a group ahead of me, so i just decided to stay with them and we hit between 1:29 and 1:35. felt good afterword, its gonna be a good race this weekend if i can kick this cold.
