Weather: still 90's/warm/sunny

Comments:
we went new hartford to cut through over to greenbelt to water fountain for warmup, then started our 2 minute warnings x 3 segments.
going 50 sec. fast 50 jog
40 sec. fast 40 jog
30 fast 2:00 recovery in between
covered 1800-1900 meters during the 3 segments.
we went out to fairview and turned around and headed back to school.. good workout.. everyone seems to be feeling much better.
