I am getting SO pumped for bob firman! eeeps:)
Ran a 15 minute course preview, just went around the loop once then we did 2 600's which felt super good and relaxed. The first one was on more of the first mile of the course then the 2nd one started right before the hill and finished right before the turn to the finish line.
Then 10 minute cool down. Its time to start the unload weeek soon:)
