intense workout at rivers edge today, 2 minutes on 2 minutes off times 3 was one set, then some pushups and then another set after. after all that we did 5 loops through the gauntlet which felt better than i expected, then just ran back to mount. guessed mileage a little. dont worry about pace cause of the workout part. legs are really really tight still, be careful! pool practice tomorrow
