Weather: Humid and hot

Comments:
At first thought about doing some LT but the weather changed my mind a bit. I was hoping to run intervals of 2X90 seconds, 2X2 minutes, and 2X3 minutes with equal recovery and then work my way down. My body and legs just shut down during the first 3 minute interval and I canned the workout. I wasn't feel that well all day and the heat finally got to me.
