Comments:
i did the 3000, 2000, 3000, 2000 workout on the bike because i couldn't do it in the pool. And i can't run because of the toes/foot. really good workout, it was tough because the legs aren't in biking shape so it was harder to go at a high difficulty. really kept the rpms up high. for the pickups i was normally going about 125 rpm's and 23mph. i did 11min for the 3k's and 7min for the 2k's
