back at the bcc ymca that got new machines! use the reclined bike (the only open bike) to do a workout i made up. on manual setting, did 90 senonds at level 10 resistance aiming for 20 mph throughout. 90 seconds rest. times 6. i have no idea if that was good but i was able to see my heart rate and each interval got me to 170/180bpm so that was good. didn't have a whole lot of time there so i had to do just that and a very short cool down. felt fantastic, worked my butt off, happy to be home for a bit.
