Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
devised a pool workout. warmup of 2 laps on kick board plus two laps whatever. then one lap of freestyle, aiming for sub 60 seconds. then 40 seconds rest. times 8. splits were about: 59, 60, 62, 60, 58, 58, 56, 55. definitely was breathing pretty hard between intervals, could feel lactic acid buildup but it was weird because i was in the water. overall just a different workout experience. can't tell if i enjoy it, i just enjoyed the fact that i could get some work in. then 10 min cooldown of breaststroke.
