what the doctor says: my minor sprain was not dealt with early enough and was not given enough time to heal, causing me to compensate and irritate my achilles area. i had some mild bursitis, but my daily rehab has pretty much reduced that, now i just have little remnants of tendinitis. walking in a brace for the next few days, then ease into running. my goal is to run at paul short. i earned my damn spot for that race and by golly i will run there!!

anyways, this workout was just a chill 25 min bike to get some variety. did the "random: setting on level 7. kept around 95-100 rpm. getting my bike legs back from two years ago :P
